New construction of a pool house at an existing residence. Spaces include a lounge area, fireplace, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, mechanical room for pool equipment, and storage. To keep the area feeling open, the lounge and dining area are enclosed with sliding screen doors. Design includes an exterior counter with a built in barbecue.

Renovation of existing rural residence and expansion with addition. Design features an open stair overlooking the living room, and a large skylight. Material quantity take-off was completed to assist the contractor with pricing.
